This item fills the void of a factory safety on a Marlin 1894, 1895 or 336 lever action rifle if a person decides to remove their rifle's cross bolt safety. This piece fits all Marlin centerfire lever-action rifles. It does not fit the Marlin 39A .22 caliber rifles.
BLEMISHED ITEM: This particular part has minor manufacturing errors. The main blemish is that the left side screw slot cuts very near to the detent made for the ball or set screw. It does not impact functionality and in most cases will not be noticeable.
These have mimic screwhead slots on both sides.
This part comes with a 5/64" allan wrench for installation.
