Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

Traditional Mail Order

If you would like to send a check or money order or order by traditional mail. Please use our order form that you can print or download by CLICKING HERE.

If you make a purchase by check or money order, we may wait for the funds to clear before shipping your items.



Shipping

All firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL holder. There shall be no firearms shipped to international customers. Firearm sales are USA sales only.

Shipping is $7 flat rate for orders less than $100 within the US by USPS Ground Advantage Mail. You can upgrade shipping to Priority Mail or UPS Ground if you prefer.

Firearms shipped to USA FFL holders only. 

To keep shipping costs low we ship USPS (postal service). Most of the time USPS is reliable, but sometimes they take a couple weeks or lose a package. Please have patience regarding the postal service as we cannot control what they do. You will receive a tracking number upon shipping. 

We are fair and treat customers with respect and expect the same from them. We are happy to work out and resolve issues as adults and behave in a mature and business like manner. If we receive threatening and profanity laced tirades regarding shipping issues or other non-issues over items we will cancel your order and end our business-customer relationship.
