This is an over sized pistol grip lever loop for the Marlin 1894 lever actions.
Our 1894 levers are now based on the new Ruger made design. This design seems to be the most universal and often works well on the older JM Marlins as well as the Remington made Marlins.
These are being sold with the plunger hardware pre-installed. We prefer to test every lever before sending it and it is best to do that as a complete piece with the plunger installed.
If you place in the order notes a brief description of the rifle you intend to install it on we will test cycle it on the closest rifle we have to yours in our shop.
Our 1894 pistol grip levers are intended to work on both factory rifles and those fitted with aftermarket pistol grip stocks like those made by Magpul and Chisel Machining.
Our levers are CNC machined at our shop in Cody, Wyoming. We make stainless steel levers from 17-4 stainless which is a high quality and high strength stainless common in the firearms industry.
Lever loops normally require some fit up to ensure a smooth action and proper cycling. Installation and fitting by a gunsmith is recommended.
There are differences between new and used rifles and as well as variation between new rifles of the same model. There are differences between orignal JM Marlins, and the more recent Remington made Marlins as well as the new Ruger made Marlins.
