This is an over sized pistol grip lever loop for the Marlin 1894 lever actions.
The current levers we make are modeled after the Ruger made Marlins. They can be fit to other Marlins like the Remington made Marlins and JM Marlins, but you or your gunsmith will likely have to make some adjustments for the other variations.
Our 1894 pistol grip levers are intended to work on both factory rifles and those fitted with aftermarket pistol grip stocks like those made by Magpul and Chisel Machining.
These levers will not work with the "Form" brand aftermarket pistol grip stocks.
Our levers are CNC machined at our shop in Cody, Wyoming. We make carbon-steel levers from 4140 alloy which is the same steel that many gun manufacturers make receivers and barrels from.
Lever loops normally require some fit up to ensure a smooth action and proper cycling. Installation and fitting by a gunsmith is recommended.
Offered with the plunger hardware pre-installed so that it can be test-cycled prior to shipping.
